You can find a research article which includes charts and graphs by searching the scholarly literature for your discipline.
Use print journals in the library: ex.

Don't forget--cite the article correctly!
Search a research database
Find a scholarly article that includes a graph or chart. Use the advanced search option and scroll down to the bottom of the page to select Image Quick View Types. Then search on your topic.
