The Sinclair Library provides a variety of services to off-campus and distance learning students. I want to support you with any help that you might need without having to come to campus, whether it is providing online resources for you to find information to complete your assignments or assisting you in using those resources.

Do you have a laptop, but no Internet access at home? Find yourself away from home and suddenly have the urge to do homework?

Try one of the links below to search for Wi-Fi near you. (Some sites offer free access, but some may charge a fee.)

- It appears that many Flash and Realplayer videos still do not work in Firefox. Until this is resolved, there are some options provided by Mozilla. Read about them here. It also might cause problems with the NAXOS music service. One alternate solution is to switch browsers.

- Safari Tech ebooks appear to have changed their log in screen. If you get a choice, choose "ACADEMIC LICENSE & PUBLIC LIBRARY USERS"

The hours you are most likely to reach a librarian by phone are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Voicemail is available and usually replied to within 24 hours. Responses via e-mail also mostly occur within 24 hours, Monday - Saturday. Sunday e-mails are not read until Monday.
